At 9/10oz (3.5mm-5mm) thick, this belt is as heavy-duty as it gets while still being wearable every day. It takes time to break in, but once it does, it’s the kind of piece you’ll hand down.
Each strap is hand-cut in the USA, our commitment to Made in America, no shortcuts. We swapped flat-head rivets for dual Chicago screws so you can swap buckles if needed. The hardware? Solid brass. Because a proper belt deserves proper metal.
It’s stitchless by design, no weak points. Edged by hand. Finished with a traditional English point.
You’ll see wear marks early. The grain will darken and develop a patina that can’t be bought. After a few months, it'll start to look like it’s yours and yours alone.
Built to wear with raw denim. Ages just as well.
How to measure for your belt size:
All Brave Star belt straps are made with 5 holes, spaced 1" apart. The centre hole is the anchor size with the bookend sizes spaced one inch apart. We have taken the guesswork out of figuring out which size you would need and recommend that you buy your jean size in our belts. Example; a size 32 jean size would order a 32" belt.Â
