How do I determine my correct size?
Sizing for raw denim can vary from standard retail brands. We recommend measuring your best-fitting pair of jeans using our 'Flat Lay' method and comparing those measurements to our specific product size charts.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically process within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific shipping window listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that hemmed or customized jeans are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
How should I wash my raw denim?
To preserve the color and integrity of the fabric, we recommend waiting as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
